The Right-Treatment Regimen
The natural aging process is inevitable and determined by genetic disposition. Follow the right-treatment regimen to slow down the process.The collagen and elastin production goes down. The following changes appear: fine lines and wrinkles, skin becomes thinner, there is a loss of underlying fat, loss of elasticity and firmness giving sagging skin. The environmental aging starts very early in life and is caused by external factors such as the sun with the ultraviolet rays penetrating your skin and destroying collagen, elasticity, and pigmentation. To protect your skin from environment attacks look for a good skin treatment regimen consisting of regular cleansing, exfoliation, hydration, irritation reduction, and antioxidants. Good moisturizers help your skin absorb water and provide sunscreen protection against free radicals. Itīs very important to choose the most effective anti-aging skin care. Iīll tell you more about that in my coming free newsletter. In the meantime I would give you two recipes for face masks to rejuvenate your skin at home with ingredients from your kitchen. 1. Egg method - Instant mask will give you younger, smoother-looking skin for some hours. Beat up 1 egg and apply to your face. Leave it on for 10 minutes. Rinse off with warm water. Apply a splash of cold water to close the pores. 2. Banana method - Moisturizing mask for dry skin Mash 1 banana and mix with 1 tablespoon of honey. Apply the blend to your face. Leaveon for 15 minutes. Rinse off with warm water. Apply a splash of cold water to close the pores. Good Luck!
